Details:
We would like as many members as possible to enter their work into this open-theme show. Please do keep in mind that we may not have room for larger pieces because of space restricitions. You will want to enter your pieces that are 24"x24". Also, because of space restrictions, please enter only one piece. Works must be gallery-ready, with proper wires on 2D works for hanging.

***Please email me by the middle of January at the latest to commit for this show. (suchil@quest.net)....everyone can start emailing me as soon as possible.

Important Dates:

February 3: this is an alternate date to drop off work at my house in Lakewood. This is for those who can't make it to the Cultural Center on Feb. 4 (wed) between 10-1 pm to leave their pieces to be juried. I will email again before-hand to remind everyone. Please let me know if you are already aware the Feb. 4th time doesn't work for you so I can plan on how many pieces I need to transport to the gallery.

February 4: For those who can not make this drop off time, you may drop off your work with Suchil Coffman at her Lakewood home. Please call (303.906.5409) to let her know what time. Her address is 1385 Yukon Street.

February 5, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.: this is the drop off date at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 480 S. Allison Pky. (basically Alameda and Wadwsorth). All works will be juried by Louisa Armbrust by the following day.

February 13, 5-7 p.m.: opening reception.

April 26: Pick up work.
